Rice Ranch has created a modern vendor show site this past year. We have added over 200 spaces. All of the new spaces are 30x50 or larger and have 50 amp electric service, city water and sewer, and land line phone service. We have also updated our existing sites. We have the most modern and clean site in Quartzsite as well as the best location. Please come and join us for the 2008/09 season!

RICE RANCH HISTORY

It started back in the 1940's when Doris (Rice) Hamilton's and Peggy (Rice) Martin's parents, Clarence and Mildred Rice, acquired properties in Quartzsite, Arizona. Their land included the Tyson Well "stage stop" shown above. In 1972 Clarence and Mildred Rice donated the building and parcel to the historical society as a site for the Quartzsite Museum, which opened in 1980. The museum has many interesting displays.

Museum winter hours are Wednesday to Sunday 10am-3pm.
